History of Turkish Sultan in Urdu

PINNACLE OF TURKISH SULTANATE: 1520-1566 A.D

Sultan Sulaiman succeeded his father in 1520, who was the greatest of the Ottoman Sultans. He was a statesman courted by every monarch ruler, who made the Turkish Navy the mistress of the Mediterranean, and for the glory of his court, for his power and splendour, he is known to European history as Sulaiman, the Magnificent.

He went up to the walls of Vienna and returned only after the ruler of Austria accepted to pay tribute. He reformed the Turkish laws and is known in Turkish history as the ' Law Giver '. His portrait hangs today among the ten great lawmakers of the world in the gallery of U.S. Senate. In three continents, the Sultan held unchallenged sway over vast territories. A skilled and highly organised bureaucracy, the most advanced form of administrative organisation of the day, secured for the people of the Empire peace, justice and prosperity.

I wrote 'no way' Turkey passes on this a week or so back.
While there is elbow room for another vote, it's being reported that it might take two weeks. I don't think we're going to wait.
This was a curious decision by their government.
The Turkish market dropped 11% on the news today. Not only are they facing an outright crash of an already weak economy while they could have added $Billions$ to their coffers, and substantial debt relief -- but they'll now have no influence in the post-Saddam Iraq.
We went to bat for them not only to join NATO in the first place, but pushed for current NATO protection in the event of military action

Don't you think that we need a movie about our history?

A movie as a good quality like hollywood movies with full modern technology.I prefer watch these then watching so called hero stories like Troy and 300 spartans.I think we have full of these to be proud of.And that will be the best way advertise our country as Turkiye.which historical event will be the best.

An accurate one would be good , but if it comes out of Hollywood then you would have to expect the likes of Vin Diesel or Stallone single handed defeating the Anzac's at Gallipolli whilst ignoring orders from Ataturk.

perhaps the true story about the Ottoman Turks who defended the Dugouts before the ill fated charge of the Light Brigade in the Crimean war.

Do you think Frank Miller's 300 is a biggot movie that use chiseled male body like G. Butler to attract female

My turkish friend didn't like that movie and belive it was a pro-greek eurocentrist movie. hidden behind a cartoon. At first I thought he exagerated but when I start to think more thoroughly, what he said made sens.

Frank miller is not an Angel and people close to him knows that he is a men who use to admire hitler germany and fachism.

Behind the virtues evokated by the Spartan history, there is a tentative of lowering multiracial societies, symbolize by the persian empire. To show that race purity mean…

No, that was for gay men, not women.

I found the movie amusing and the reaction of Persians and Turks even more amusing.
